Sort the strategy, have a clear goal, find great people, build a culture, execute brilliantly.
You have to be able to sum up what your company is in one sentence ... If you don’t understand exactly what you are and what you want to do, why should your customers?
Face reality as it is, not as it was or as you want it to be.
Expansion that doesn’t cultivate sustainable excellence at the core is doomed to fail.
