UEA inaugural lecture: disruptive innovation

Ruth Selwyn-Crome
UEA

The forthcoming UEA inaugural lecture by Prof Kai Uwe Kuhn, School of Economics, is entitled ‘Disruptive Innovation and Optimal Policy Responses’ and is free to attend.

Prof Kai Uwe Kuhn will explore new business models and disruptive innovation and gauge how it dramatically changes how markets function and challenge existing regulatory frameworks from competition policy to labour regulations. This lecture analyses the underlying process by which rapid innovation comes about, and how to redesign regulatory policy to respond to these challenges.

Come and hear one of UEA’s newest professors, Tuesday 18 October, at 6.30pm in the Julian Study Centre lecture theatre, UEA. This lecture will be followed by a drinks reception. Free, no need to book.
