Behind the seams with Little Hotdog Watson
Emma Watson, founder of the award-winning British childrenswear brand Little Hot Dog Watson shared her story of developing a unique, technology driven product in a crowded market and opening up markets in China and South Korea, all in just two years. Emma made a small budget and even smaller team work hard and not been afraid of thinking big right from the start. Norfolk Network heard her plans for scaling up.
Biography:
A fashion and textiles graduate, Emma has a successful background in the fashion industry. She started out as a sub-editor at WGSN, and then became a trend researcher and branding expert for brands like John Richmond, MTV, and Diageo. She fell in love with menswear and became a fashion buyer working with brands that included Charles Tyrwhitt and Marks & Spencer, developing some of the most well-known products on the British High Street.
