Stephen Balmer-Walters has driven multi-million-pound sales and profits for high street brands across footwear and clothing, toys and travel, and extreme sports. Along the way he had some amazing experiences, but it was at Norwich City Football Club that he formed powerful and deeply held beliefs about commercial success.

At Carrow Road Stephen headed up retail, e-commerce and community engagement, maximising profits by inspiring and motivating people, by reaching out to communities, and by understanding the culture of the city in the broadest sense. At the heart of his work was the creation of effective teams.

Today Stephen is the founder and director of 8, a retail consultancy, where he draws on his experience and expertise to help brands at any and every stage of their journey.
