24 May 2018 6pm

To celebrate Norfolk Network’s 15 Anniversary and our successful partnership with the business and the HE/FE communities in Norwich and Norfolk, our members enjoyed a fascinating evening with Karen Jones CBE, co-founder of Café Rouge and Chancellor of UEA.

Karen studied English and American literature at UEA in the late seventies, then enjoyed a stellar career, founding and growing companies large and small. She was appointed UEA’s new Chancellor in 2016, succeeding Rose Tremain, and is a strong influence on the cultivation of enterprise and entrepreneurship within the university, as well as helping to forge deeper links with industry.

Karen shared key insights from her entrepreneurial journey and her pivotal moments and decisions, to her non-executive interests today, and her vision as Chancellor of UEA.
