Kerry Curl Talks Up Creating With Purpose
In a world of visual noise, how do we find our way and stay authentic? Kerry will share insights into discovering what ‘creating with purpose’ means to her; the rewards, the challenges along the way and why we should embrace personal development as a lifelong journey.
Kerry Curl is an award-winning photographer, making work which fuses the genres of portraiture, fashion and documentary. Her work has been shown locally, nationally and internationally. Selected achievements include twice being a winner in the British Journal of Photography’s Portrait of Britain, arts funding to create a new multimedia installation for the Norwich Fringe Festival 2021, an artist residency at the Norwich Shoe Factory and work from her second-hand clothing project ‘This is Not Nostalgia?’ was shown as part of the 2021 Norwich Science Festival’s Hello Future Fashion exhibition.
