In November, Norfolk Network announced the launch of Spacewalk a new talent sharing platform.

Spacewalk enables local businesses to bring in or loan out talent according to their business needs. Employees enjoy secondments to other local organisations.

Spacewalk is free for individuals and companies to register and join. Upon registering, individuals will be matched to secondment opportunities according to their skills and preferences, including flexible and remote working opportunities. The platform is totally free for companies looking to bring in talent, including no recruitment fees or role posting fees.

Most recently, he led the product team and strategic projects at Norwich-based Axon Vibe, a tech company addressing urban mobility challenges around the world. He previously worked in product and strategic roles at the Virgin Group, including at its global headquarters in London.

Experiencing the impact of COVID on businesses and personnel first hand, Lance and former colleagues started discussing innovative ways to manage staff levels during quiet and busy periods. Together they formed a small team across several continents and Spacewalk was born.
