A special, festive evening to celebrate meeting in person again after 20 long months!

Members enjoyed a convivial couple of hours of great company over drinks and mince pies, and reveled in the Christmas ambience of the beautiful, medieval dining rooms with vaulted ceilings, at Cinema City in Norwich.

Precautions for meeting safely

We will be following the government COVID guidelines:

– hand sanitiser will be provided

– we have exclusive use of the dining room which will be well ventilated and we’ll keep to a safe number of guests.

– wearing a mask is optional

We would recommend you taking a Lateral Flow Test prior to the event, and if you feel unwell or have any COVID symptoms please stay at home.

Due to the unpredictable nature of the pandemic, we may have to postpone this event at short notice if circumstances arise that are out of our control.

COVID Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel at short notice due to Covid (ie because you have symptoms, have a positive test or have to self-isolate) we will refund your ticket.
