What are the ripple effects of great mentoring? Robin explores how one to one support can impact not only the individual but the wider community through her experience with diversity and career focused mentoring programmes.

Robin runs Rendered Consultancy, is a Women in Games Ambassador and a passionate advocate for the growth of the local games development industry in Norfolk. She is an organiser of the community group Norfolk Game Developers, supporting and growing games development talent and studios in the area.
