Shaking off pandemic fatigue and reconnecting in the real world
This practical session was by Jane Hannah, Founder of “Heathier Happier You”. We learnt how to build up mental and physical strength and get ready for the benefits of connecting with people face to face again.
Jane shared her passion and knowledge to stress the importance of creating healthy daily habits and routines and offered easy tips to encourage connectivity, explaining how and why it contributes to overall well-being.
Jane has 20 years’ experience in the physical activity and sport sector looking at behaviour change to get people more active. She has completed 6 London Marathons in under four hours and completed 5 Long Distance Triathlons. She is the current European Champion in her age group for long distance triathlon.
Jane’s awareness and understanding of the importance of balancing her training, eating and sleep and rest has come a long way over the years, and it is these experiences and knowledge that motivated her to start her own business ‘Healthier Happier You’ in 2020. Jane works with businesses, individuals and educational establishments both locally and nationally to provide them with the motivation, encouragement, support and simple ideas to kick start their journeys to becoming healthier and happier.
