For most owners, selling their business represents a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to realise the value of a lifetime’s work. Join us for a wide-ranging discussion that will include:

  • Who will buy my business? Building a business someone will want
  • Maximising sale value
  • Business valuation techniques
  • Tax efficient extraction
  • Funding options and deal structures

The session will be introduced by Richard Ross. We are delighted to be joined by Mark Garner. Mark is a corporate finance professional who has been lead adviser on around 250 deals. Unusually he has also acquired, developed and sold on businesses in his own right so he speaks from first hand experience.

The Masterclass will last around two hours with questions and be of interest to business owners looking to sell or acquire another firm and their advisers.
