Norfolk Network stories

This year’s Norfolk Network Christmas party was a great opportunity to celebrate the location of our new home and event venue at St George’s Works.

Guests were welcomed by Lucy Marks, Norfolk Network Managing Director and Marcella Blakey, Tech Hub Manager at St George’s Works.

Christmas lights and a cold glass of sparkling white welcomed all arrivals.

Lucy began the party with a summary of Norfolk Network’s successful event programme and grateful thanks to the NN board and the Network’s valuable team of writers, photographers and designers.

Then Lucy introduced the inspirational  Rebecca White, passionate founder and CEO of Your Own Place CIC. Rebecca shared how she is finding new entrepreneurial solutions to old homelessness problems.

And then the main act. Our speaker was business writer Jane Chittenden who took us on a guided historical tour of Colegate, a lively and diverse location for business, trade and innovation.

The french wine from Les Garrigues  flowed all evening…

…for lively conversation and celebration.

And seasonal canapés from Sam Brown, Ginger Lily Catering

New friends and contacts made for future connections and activity.
